Here's a fun, simple activity that's great any time of the year...a fun Singing Bee game, to quiz just how well Senior Primary (or Junior), knows the words to the song(s). 

The Ultimate Review Game To See How Well the Primary Kids Know the Words

Start by singing the song through. Do one verse at a time. Then ask the kids if they’re ready for a challenge... then pass the “Singing Bee” to one child. 

Tell them to pass the singing bee to the person next to them, going down the row. If the kids know the words, they sing the word that comes next, then pass the Singing Bee on down the row. 

Encourage the kids to move quickly so that it's easier to keep track of the words and melody. Have the pianist play only the melody to help keep things moving and help the kids more easily track the melody as well. 

If a child doesn't know the word or wants to pass, have them pass the "Singing Bee" to the next person in the row. 

Continue around the room until their is only one child left.

When everyone is ready to move onto the next verse, sing through the 2nd verse all

together then pass the Singing Bee around again.
