From Sharla: The idea of this activity is to gradually replace the words with hand signs, which sends the song “inside” our brain instead of hearing it on the outside. This was harder than I thought (I made lots of mistakes), but I wanted to give you an idea!
Put the puzzle pieces on the board and invite students up to match/put together as singing.
Or put the heart pieces around the room and as everyone sings, tap students to go find a piece and bring it back then repeat the song as the kids come up to the front and match the pieces (put on the board).
