HOW TO PLAY THE COLOR SYMBOL PUZZLE GAME:

Post the color symbol puzzle picture. Tell the kids there is a symbol hidden in the coloring puzzle, something that represent the song (or a keyword/phrase from the song).
Call up a couple kids to help color in some of the picture as everyone is singing. Let them color in sections of the picture for 15 seconds. Kids color the sections labeled with a specific colored dot that color. If there is no dot in the square, they can color it whatever color they would like.
Repeat coloring and singing until the picture is finished. Then BRIEFLY discuss the symbol and how it relates to the song.
Repeat the song and have the kids inner sing (sing in their heads) the keyword or phrase, while showing an action for the chosen keyword (ex: "choose the right" put hand in fist over heart then out like a salute of courage). Repeat and switch - you sing all the words and they only sing the keywords.
